  • Grew up in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
  • College at Auburn University until transferring to University of Southern Mississippi to finish bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine.
  • Grad assistant for the Health and Human Performance Department at Southern Mississippi where I received a master's degree in Exercise Physiology.
  • Worked in various health and wellness facilities before finally settling down at Memorial's cardiopulmonary rehabilitation unit for 7 years.

I have been married to my college sweetheart, Drew for 15 years.  I have three precious girls who take up 99.9% of my time outside of work!  I attend Concord Baptist Church where my husband and I run the college ministry.  The remainder of my time is spent exercising and traveling with my family.
